I started W&S because I'd grown up watching the construction business done two ways: the right way, and the way that gets a paycheck and moves on. I wanted to build a company that did it the right way every time. Small enough to know our clients by name, big enough to handle real projects end to end.

Two decades on the tools before I hung my own shingle. Twenty years later, I still walk every job myself. You'll meet me at the consult, you'll have my number through the build, and you'll do the final walkthrough with me.

This isn't a numbers business for me. The clients I've built homes for are neighbors I see at the high-school football game. That keeps me honest, and it keeps the work standard high. I'd rather lose a job to a cheaper bid than win one I'm embarrassed to drive past in five years.
