Walkthrough and handover.
Final payment is only due after we walk every detail together and you are satisfied. Punch list closed. Keys delivered. 2-year workmanship guarantee in writing.

Every project starts with a free consultation where we visit your home, listen to your goals, and discuss budget. From there, we develop a detailed scope of work so you know exactly what you are getting before construction begins.
